During the Literary Afternoon, participants will have the opportunity to listen to fragments of “The Spring to Come” by leading Polish neoromantic writer Stefan Żeromski, project supported by the Polish President and his wife as part of the National Reading campaign. Participants of the meeting will also have the opportunity to discuss Poland’s independence and its 100th anniversary celebrated by Poles in Poland and abroad around the world. In addition, participants will witness the official launch of the project “Gift a Book”. All events are part of Good Relations Week in Newry.
